Voleer support is only available to customers who have support included with their subscriptions.
How do I open a support request?
If you have a support package included with your subscription, make sure you open a request from an email address linked to your account.
Sign in to the help center with the account associated to a subscription that includes support. Once signed in, options will be available to open a new support request.
If you do not see options to open a support request after your are signed in, you do not have support package enabled for your account.
What if I don't have a support package?
Our help center in addition to community experts are available to all Voleer customers.
If you are interested in purchasing a support package, contact sales.
